With two decades of experience in the insurance industry and a proven track record, the founder established a thriving start-up in DIFC, dedicating over a decade to developing precise underwriting guidelines, robust control measures, and securing reinsurance. He held leadership roles including Chairman of the Board and Head of Underwriting and Operations. An engineering graduate, he has completed extensive leadership and underwriting training and holds professional insurance certifications from reputable institutions, reflecting his commitment to excellence in insurance management and corporate governance.
Hamza Bellal
President
For over 17 years, he has been a noteworthy treaty underwriter and actuary in the Motor and P&C insurance industry, devoting his practice to various actuarial and underwriting functions across Europe, MENA, Asia, and Latin America. Recognised by management for his role in developing insurance and reinsurance acturial models. He has led teams in formulating recommendations for treaty structures based on technical and strategic analysis of the reinsurance market, with a focus on pricing, credit risk diversification, and long-term strategy. He holds a recognised actuarial qualification, complemented by a range of technical and leadership training.
Karim Jarrar
Head of Casualty and Professional Lines
With over 15 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, he has built deep expertise across casualty and professional indemnity underwriting. His career spans four key sectors: Lloyd’s Dubai, Regional insurance carriers, Takaful providers, and Reinsurance Brokerage.
He has played a strategic role in defining underwriting philosophies, managing diverse corporate portfolios, and optimizing reinsurance placements. His well-rounded perspective shaped by working with insurers, reinsurers, and brokers has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and portfolio profitability.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and has earned professional insurance certifications from recognized institution, reflecting his commitment to technical rigor and continuous development.

Senior Manager – Casualty and Professional Lines
Seasoned insurance underwriter with over 15 years of experience in the MENA region, specializing in casualty and professional lines. His career spans key roles across the insurance value chain, where he has honed a strong ability to deliver innovative, risk-focused underwriting solutions tailored to complex client needs.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, he combines financial acumen with deep industry knowledge to support strategic underwriting decisions and foster client centric outcomes.
